Like the gun, hate the stock grip. Is there an aftermarket grip that will 1. put more of an arch in the rear of the grip 2. make it a little thicker, maybe with a palm swell. Thanks in advance.

Actually, there's are 2 factory grips for the 1006, one with a straight backstrap and one with an arch.

As for aftermarket, I'd recomend Hogue's soft rubber grips. It's arched plus a bit thicker to fill the hand without being too "wide." The rubber material also helps dampen felt-recoil, but the 1006's weight eliminates most of that anyway.

I also went with the Hogue rubbers for my 1006.

My 1006 came with wood grips but they were too wide for my taste so I swapped them out and sold the wood to a fellah here.
