I just bought one of those Star BMs that SOG had for sale.

Seems to be a great little gun for the money.

But I'm having trouble finding a holster for it.

It looks like a small 1911, any ideas?

uncle mike's.

they look cheap and one-size-fits-all-ish, because they are. but they're pretty good.

or make your own with some vegetable tanned leather. it's easy to do. hard to do well. :D

I have found that holsters made to fit the Colt Officers model work quite well with my BM. I have one of Galco's "Combat Master" pancake holsters and one of their "S.O.B." holsters. Work great for me. :D

Ive been looking for a holster for mine too. The nicest ive found is Tucker gun Leather. He told me he could make a holster to fit it with any of his designs in leather. The kydex/leather answer is the only one that couldnt fit it. Im also waiting on a response from gunners alley, thier fist holsters are supposed to work rather well.

The Stars are more compact than the 1911. Sparks used to offer holsters for the BKS, the BM is a little shortere, they might be willing to make somthing up for you. You can e_mail them from their web site.

By "BM", are you talking about a Ballester Molina?

If so, I'm using a Galco OWB for mine. Works great. I also have a Uncle Mikes Kydex holster for range wear.

I know what gun the BM is..not a Ballester Molina. Its the shorty version of the B" Star. I highly suspect a Commander sized holster would work very well for them. Id have to see one in person to guarantee it. Id bet it would work though.
Yell at me if you need help with anything and thanks DAVE........Shoot well.

Again, I can recommend the Galco "Combat Master" sized to fit a Colt Officers model :D . It is a pancake style belt holster and works very well with my Star BM. I use it when I shoot IDPA in the ESP class.
