Don't waste your time.....

Wife and I saw it last night - I might have chuckled once. Lots of bad gun handling, bad shooting, etc. but one thing really pi$$ed me off -

Oz (the dentist played by that guy from Friends) lives in Belair, Calif. and has an arsenal full of "assault rifles" (not locked in a safe of course, just hung from pegs on the wall and stacked on shelves). I don't remember all the makes because I was too busy ruining the movie for my wife but I do remember seeing an AR15, MP5 and some kind of hicap PDW. I expect bad/unsafe gunhandling in movies and if the producers had just shown him with cali-legal guns I don't think I'd have been anywhere near as irked.

Keep your money in your pocket.

Hmmm. that's a shame. I liked the first one, mainly cause of Amanda Peet! :D

Is it entertaining at least, aside from the gun stuff? or is it just another 'bad sequel?'

I'd say it's more than just a bad sequel, the reviews gathered at rotten tomatoes ( http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/TheWholeTenYards-1131493/ ) have only five positive reviews out of 75, with an avg. rating of 3/10. Now that's a waste of $8.

I thought it was ok. THe downside was the semi slapstick mob guys. It brought the whole movie down.
