CSI is what's known by many retailers as the "Customer Satisfaction Index"....it's a rating system used to gauge overall satisfaction of a the product line, sales, service, etc of the dealer or retailer.

For instance a group of 10 Mercedes dealers are judged by the customers as to which was the best dealer of the 10 at pleasing their customers. Top dealer will then tout being the number one in a several state area of customer satisfation....and so forth.

Based on your experience....what brand of firearm would you rate as the best CSI?

....worst CSI?

My pick would be Wilson Combat as the best.....Jennings as the worst.

At present, Sig is the top of the heap. I have to give the worst rating to Mateba.

I am not shy about saying I am very happy with Ruger. Half of my gun collection are Rugers. The one gun that has ever giveng me trouble was kind of my own fault. They have been very good at comunicating with me to let me know when it will be done and how much it is going to cost me.

Well, I can't comment a peep on Browning's customer service, since I haven't had a lick of trouble out of my Hi Power.

FEG's customer service has to be near the worst. Not that they necessarily make a bad product (not excellent either), but the customer service horror stories are out there.
