Anyone here know why you can't use aluminum cased bullets in a Kel Tec SUB2000?

Well, the manufacturer says NOT TO, for one. I remember reading this recomendation about their .40 cal version. I'm not sure if it holds true with the 9mm version.

It's probably a CYA thing for them. If the case is unsupported (and I dont' know if it is) an aluminum .40 might be more worrisome than a brass cased one. Just a hunch.

Then again, maybe they don't glide as nicely when coming out of the chamber and causes jams? KTOG might know the answer.
