Need super-high tapered rings or one-piece base

I am looking for a mounting solution that will give me 30-50 MOA of taper, and will put the centerline of the scope about 1.4" above the rail. 30mm rings.

Nightforce is coming out with a Unimount that will do exactly this, but it won't be out for 2-3 months.

could you shim up the existing prodict from Lightforce?

The gun has a rail built in to it, so if there were an intermediate rail with taper, it would have to be designed to attach to a rail underneath, not screws as you'd expect on a normal bolt gun.
