I'm looking for a video that will teach me how to detail strip my 1911. I can field strip, and I can disassemble the slide (firing pin and spring, extractor), but I've been too intimidated to try the lower. Any suggestions?

Go HERE (http://www.kerensky.net/pics/series2/). I know it says "Kimber Series II", just ignore the Series II stuff the rest is pure 1911.
