Just returned from a great range trip(for me).
Attached is the last group I shot of the day, if not for the 5th shot flying off, I would have been incredibly pleased. Before leaving I usually will see what I can do for a ~5 shot group, and usually its ~3-4 in., instead of the ~1.25 in. of today(except for the flyer :().
Anyways hopefully thats not too bad for just shooting seriously for 8 months now.

:)

edit- I guess I should add, that this was from +-7 yards, and done with a Beretta 92FS Border Marshall.

Good group:)

Try something next time you go to the range.
Paste an inch marker in the center of the target and tell yourself that's the whole target. Nothing else counts.
You have to keep your sights aligned with that inch dot.
See if that doesn't tighten up your groups.

I use scaled down CHL qualification targets a lot and my friends and I always wind up playing "only head shots count".
It's fun and forces you to concentrate.
This is another fun target that makes you work.
You have to get the BG's head without hitting the hostage.:)

With a group like that you're ready for head shots.;)

Even with the flyer that's a keeper. The gun mags say to measure your best three anyway to tell what the gun is capable of. Good shootin'.:)
