About 2 weeks ago, I ordered a gun case from makarov.com... and 2 weeks later, it still isn't here.

I don't know where they are located, so I don't know if I should start to worry yet.

What are their usual delivery times?

Any advice?

The folks at makarov.com are the salt of the earth - don't worry, whatever's wrong, they'll make it right. Just give them a yell.

(and I only wish other 'net mail-order places were half as good as them)...

Never a problem, save once when USPS lost an item. Karl sent me another.

I've gotten stuff from them within a couple of days. Once it only took two days, the other it took four, I think.
Give 'em a call. They may have a tracking number for the package that you can use to check its progress.

Update:

Just called Makarov.com and it appears the shipment got lost, so they're going to send me another one. :) They've got great customer service.
