Read twice and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
S.22 was introduced and is loaded with numerous anti-civil-liberties proposals, including ballistics testing for all new firearms, and anti-gun-show language making gun shows presumptively illegal except when authorized by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
