I have been reading here in L&P for a while, and what have I heard about? Libertians, of course. I think I have the basic concepts down after some searching. I decided to look closer at the indepent party just to see what they are about. I came across this website http://www.usiap.org/.

Well to get to the point, I'm young, and all I knew before was what I heard on the news. There comments are almost always discussing how many votes the third party will take away from the democrats. Do they actually pull votes away from democrats? Why is this, or what is it they have in common?

Also, is there a comparison list somewhere showing the differences between partys?

The evil Libertarians tend to suck votes off of the republican side. Democrats are the party of big goverment ergo not to many democratic Libertarians
