Bought a S&W today. I was very reluctant to do it but when I saw it my eyes lit up like a Xmas tree. Then I put it in my hand and it fit like a glove. It's a Stainless Model 629 in 44mag with a 6" barrel. I bought it used for 499 in what I would say 99% condition. Now if only I didn't have to wait till monday to pick it up :fire: Sherrifs dept pistol dept closed 1/2 hr before I bought it :banghead: Well at least I have something to look forward to on Monday:rolleyes:

Sad to say, the model 629 needs to be taken to the range on a regular and frequent basis, or it tends to get cranky.
