Hi all,
..Caliber .30 Primer-actuated Rifles, by Mr. Garand, first demonstrated and how many of these rifles were made.
Have fun with this one. It's easy.
Thanks again

(According to the TM 9-1005-222-12 that I have, in the Introductory chapter by Jeff Leseman.)

One in 1919 and Hatcher's notebook mentions a second model in 1921, however production numbers I didn't find.

1932
The first 79 guns were tool room guns, the 80th Garand was the first to go into service.
Between 1932 - 34 there were 80 Garands made.

Jason Demond,
Nice work. However you are talking about the wrong rifle. These are the Caliber .30 Primer-actuated Rifles. These were early testing rifles. Keep working on it guys.
Thanks again
Clancy
