Like John said, Uncle Mike's Sidekick, size 3. Not high tech or expensive ($12-15 IIRC), but very useful. Here is my S&W Model 60 in mine.

I like the clip draw.Not a holster so no on or off to mess with.Stays in place and is fast.

I use a Mika, (Do a search for Mika pocket holsters...) and I couldn't be more satisfied. Robert Mika is a retired LEO, and a real down to earth person. Total price, shipped to my door in Indiana from Wisconsin was $14.95.
