Help: My Streamlight Scorpion just stopped working.

I've only had this thing about a month, and I love it. It seems to be bulletproof... that is, until now.

It just -- all of a sudden -- stopped working. I've tried the spare bulb, that's not it. I don't have any spare batteries to try with it yet -- do lithium batteries just stop working?

I'd really appreciate any help you could offer. I've tried going to their website to see what we can do, but it seems to be down.

do lithium batteries just stop working

It depends on the light. That said, my Brinkman Legend LX (another 2 lithium/Xenon light) starts getting dim before it goes out. The "dim period" is pretty short.

Have you even tried changing the batteries?! It seems like that would be the first step before posting here that it stopped working.

Lithium batteries do just die. Get some from www.surefire.com. $15 for 12 last I looked.

mine went from bright and strong, to 10 seconds on dim, to black
