I'm looking at the new Para Carry. What's the general opinion of P.O. and what's the price range? Thanks.

They seem to be a little pricey. I shot a full-size one awhile back and thought it was nice, but I didn't think it was worth the money.

Ron ... no direct comment re the ''Carry'', but .. not so long ago got the P12-45 from a guy on the board here .... thus far I am pleased ..... suits carry very well if I choose to have it on board ..... and performs well.
Price range for this in near new condition was $550. That's all I can chip in with for now.

I'll preface with, these are just my opinions based on my single experience with Para.
I bought the Para Companion end of last year. I really like the gun as far as the way it shoots, trigger etc... I bought the gun to be my primary carry gun. Unfortunately I can't trust it. I'm sending it back to Para for the second time for feeding and extraction issues. I really wanted this gun to work out but so far it's been a disapoitment. I'm getting about 1 failure every 100 rounds, just not acceptable for a carry gun. I know there are a lot of people who speak highly of them and have no issues so I'm still hoping for mine to get repaired.
As far as the cost I believe the Para Carry runs around $700 +/- new.
One other thing, mine has the night sights and frankly they ...... well lets just say they don't work too well. They don't glow much in the dark and they are hard to see in daylight. I have Mepro's on another gun that I feel are far superior, so if that's an option I'd pass and go aftermarket if it's something you are considering.
YMMV

I have a C7.45 Companion, and my wife has a Tac Four. We are both very satisfied so far. I must admit I like my wifes Tac Four just a bit more, cause it fits my hands a little better.

I recently purchase the para ord warthog. I absolutely LOVE this gun. A few mis-feed problems when the mag is loaded with 10 rounds (very stiff spring in the mag) but loaded with 8 rounds, works flawlessly. I am now leaving the mags loaded to "break-in" the mag springs (per dealer). I have shot 500 rounds cheap 230 grain ammo. Not one jam or misfire (just the misfeed when first inserting a freshly loaded mag with 10 rounds mentioned earlier). The accuracy from this diminutive firearm is nothing short of amazing. Recoil is far less than I had anticipated which was a welcome surprise. The gun is very pricey, but I think it is well worth it. Craftmanship is outstanding.

Ditto. Nice sidearm. I use mine in a SkyOps IWB holster that makes it easy to carry and still tuck in your dress shirt at work in an office environment.
Nice. Very nice.
