I have a Mossberg 5500 MKII 12g 2 3/4" only non-magnum with a 26" Accu-choke field barrel.

It was dropped and split the forearm completely.

So my quick question is that I need a new forearm and I am looking for the best source. Any body have any experience finding parts for discontinued models?

Hmmm, just looked. A couple barrels and a scope mount is all that's up for a 5500. Anything else fit it?

You can try Havlin Sales . They specialize in obsolete Mossberg parts and list the 5500 forearm at $15 Their e-mail address is : vic@havlinsales.com
