It looks like VBulletin can allow users to choose a color scheme for displaying forums. It also looks like it is disabled, or that no alternate schemes are available.
My eyes would sure thank someone if a high-contrast scheme (basically black and white, instead of shades-of-grey) could be implemented.
On my admittedly aged laptop, the contrast is pretty poor to begin with. Reading black on grey is killin' me.
Whadaya say?
