Jeff, you voted one minute after him let the servers catch up. Looks OK to me now progresswise, though we have a lot of catching up to do.

The so-called "poll" wouldn't accept my lifted vote. The Clinton News Network strikes again.

It should have had a multiple choice poll "Which of these are features on assault weapons..." :fire:

What do you expect from the Communist News Network?

Voted. 23/77

Also, click on the link on the results window.
...said Rep. Chris van Hollen, D-Maryland...

He also decried a provision in the law that critics contend allows owners of legal firearms to replace the housing for the firing mechanism and turn them into illegal assault weapons. He tied the loophole to October 2002 sniper attacks that killed 10 people in van Hollen's Maryland district, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

"We need to close that loophole, because real bullets that killed real people went through those loopholes," van Hollen said.

What in the world is he talking about? I think this one take the prize for the most incoherent drivel I've read so far.

77%-23%... Looks like we're making a little progress...

I can't help but notice the wording though..."lifting" a ban seems so much more dramatic to the sheeple than "allowed to expire as scheduled". :scrutiny:

Not as though wording ever skews poll results towards a previously desired result...

You can count on it that FeinSWINE will use the results of this poll to show how loving, caring, true blue Americans really feel about guns.:cuss:

I however, am all too aware that this is a poll by the Communist News Network and lets be honest about who goes there for news and polls.Todays liberal is a breath away from being a full blown communist.:barf:

You can count on it that FeinSWINE will use the results of this poll to show how loving, caring, true blue Americans really feel about guns.

In Feinswine's latest rant, she states that "A recent study indicates that 77 percent of voters and 66 percent of gun-owning voters support renewing the ban. The ban's extension is also supported by virtually every major law enforcement organization in the country."

It's here (http://feinstein.senate.gov/04Releases/r-atf-assault.htm) if you want to read the whole thing - make sure you have an air sickness bag or a bucket handy.

Unfortunately, I doubt her numbers are that far off the mark - and don't worry, Herr Shrub and his Dr. Stangelove clones will take of this issue right after the election this Nov.

I voted, but we're still getting creamed.

And I can't fathom the mentality of anyone who thinks CNN is "communist."
