I've used RCBS reloading equipment for years and recently bought a RCBS die for 40 S&W. I then broke the decapping pin, holder, and rod on a piece of tumble media inside the case. Accually only bent the pin but then decided that I could fix it. Called RCBS with credit card in hand to order a new decapping assembly since this mishap had nothing to do with the quality of the die. A very nice lady took my name and address and told me they will send me new parts, no charge. This is way beyond good customer service, this is exceptional.

I continue to hear this kind of thing from RCBS... even though you pay a bit more for their stuff, people seem to get a great deal of satisfaction from them.
