Just curious, and don't mean to hijack, but why isn't Kel-Tec on the roster at all? I realize it's because Kel-Tec didn't send the guns in to get the tested, or they failed the testing. It just seems that the Kel-Tecs are pretty popular for carry weapons, and I was surprised they weren't on there.

Seems to me that either they don't think CA is a big market for CCW guns, or they don't think their guns would pass. Just a guess.

Ok, lets say I'm Kel-Tec.
I have a fine line of pistols that are specifically designed for the concealed carry market. (I personally own the P3AT and the P32) Why would I go through the EXPENSE of submitting my product for BS "product safety" testing to a state that DISCOURAGES concealed carry????!!!! If a certified LEO in Kalifornication wants to purchase and carry my product, then he or she can already do so.
Point is. WHY BOTHER!!!!

It makes sense now. When I asked that question, I never even considered it from a CCW point of view. I was thinking about buying one, because they seemed cool. Cheap and reliable. But, I guess no Kel-Tec for me...:(
