Does Kentucky honor Indiana CCW? (The map in packing.org is a little confusing. The IN map shows KY reciprocity but the KY map shows IN as only honors KY CCW.)

Some states will honor Permits from states that will not honor theirs. ;)

IE: Where Virginia honors S. Carolina CHPs, a VA permit is not honored in

S. Carolina.

Go here: http://www.kentuckystatepolice.org/conceal.htm

Scroll down.
Effective, July 15, 1998, Kentucky recognizes valid carry concealed weapons licenses issued by other states and, subject to the provisions of Kentucky law, a person holding a valid license from another state may carry a concealed deadly weapon in Kentucky.

Look at the bottom of the state page at packing.org. There are two sections, "Permits/licenses that this state honors" and "States that honor this state's Permit/License."

From this we can see that KY does indeed honor IN's CCWs.

Packing.org even cites the original source, http://www.kentuckystatepolice.org/conceal.htm

...which says...

Effective, July 15, 1998, Kentucky recognizes valid carry concealed weapons licenses issued by other states and, subject to the provisions of Kentucky law, a person holding a valid license from another state may carry a concealed deadly weapon in Kentucky.

edit: Like Cordex said, only slower.

Good to hear that about Kentucky.

Back before KY had CCW they wouldn't even allow a Law Enforcement Officer from another state to carry. I could carry in Indiana but an IN officer couldn't carry in KY.
