E-Mail notification of responses to my posts is 'Tiresome'

So far as I know, I've never "subscribed' to anything when I respond to a post... So how do I "Unsubscribe"??? :confused:
One solution comes to mind - but I LIKE you guys;)

Go here (http://www.thehighroad.org/usercp.php?s=) , scroll to the bottom of the page and unsubscribe from any threads listed. Then go here (http://www.thehighroad.org/member.php?s=&action=editoptions) and make sure you have email notification turned off.
