Best prefit recioil pad

I'm looking for a recoil pad for my Winchester 1300. The stock one doesn't cut it. What do you guys suggest?

In what respect does the factory not cut it?

Partial to Decellator by Pachmyer myself.

Just looking for something to cut down the recoil. The one on my defender is hard and not shaped right for me.

TTBOMK, the Pachmyer Decellerator like sm said is best. Avoiding the mega-shells helps also.
