Is this a Milt Sparks rig??

Is this a Milt Sparks holster and mag pouch? I looking for a good strong rig like this for the range, but I dont think sparks makes these for a 1911 anymore???

It is a Milt Sparks 1AT and come to findout that they will make them by special order.:)
