Does anyone make a repro of the Lyman #21 or #38?

I'm looking for a reciever sight for the 1895 Winchester (new model with the tang safety) like the Lyman #21 or #38. I've read on boards that people have purchased Russian made repros, but hours of googling have failed to track down anything. Does anyone know where I might find one?
