A friend sent this to me. I have no idea whether it's true or not, but I hope it is:

Secretary of State Colin Powell recently was approached by an Iraqi
newspaper reporter and accusingly asked "Isn't it true that only 13
percent of young Americans can locate Iraq on a map?"

Secretary Powell stopped, turned, and stated "Yes, it's true. But,
unfortunately for you, all 13 percent are United States Marines."

Do you think 13% of young Americans can locate Iraq?

Part of me waits for the day when a smaller percentage can locate where Iraq used to be on a map.
