Use of Olegs pictures

Ok so I was hunting for a light mount for my Winchester 1300 Defender when I came across this page. http://www.seark.net/~jlove/defense_shotgun.htm The two images used, to me seem to scream Oleg, but with no credit given on the page. Is this guy using the images with permission or is it another person just grabbing images like the VPC did?
