Para Ord Jamming

Give me some advice guys, I bought a Para Ord today. P14 Single action.
It jammed 4 times on a box of Winchester Clean (something or another) ammo, in a white box. Jammed another two times on Winchester SXT ammo after 15 rounds. Gun had never been fired before then.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I suggest you clean and lube the pistol, then fire 100 rounds of factory loaded 230 grain fmj round nose ammo.
Many times this "break-in" will resolve jamming problems.
If that doesn't help, check the magazines and the extractor.
If those aren't the problem, it's time to contact Para O.rdnance

Check mag springs, i went with + 10% springs with my high caps.

Years ago, I had a 16-40. It worked fine w/ the 10 rounder it came with. The16 rounders were another issue. Had to break in the springs a bit...basically all I did was load them up & let the sit a while, then clean & wipe down w/ a little oil. Seemed to clear things up.

It usually takes (in my experience) about 600-1000 rounds to break-in a 1911. Give it some more range time. Good luck!

I own 2 P-14s. Both never jams with factory mags... neither would finish a mag without jamming with Pro Mags... You using factory mags?

cola8d8, ya, it is a factory mag. I'm going to take all your guys advice and but several more boxes of hard ball through.
Longbow said about 600-1000 rounds. I can do that. I'll let you know about how it's coming then guys.
Hey, I surely appreciate all the help from all of you.
Thanks again:)
