Reconverting a rifle

Can a Pre 64 Model 70 that has been converted to 6.5 Remington Magnum be changed to 264 Win Magnum? Will the boltface work? Thanks

The boltface will work. I don't think the .264 will clean up the chamber of the 6.5, however, so you will probably need to rebarrel or at least set back, rethread, etc.
