Saw it as a sign off at TFL. Seeing it here.

Lazy enough to never dig into acronyms. Most are obvious with some thought. Never did.

What's "HTH" stand for?

It's also a well-regarded brand of swimming pool chlorine in South Africa... does that count as an acid remark??? :D

Hurl the Haggis. Isn't that one of the games the Scots play when they're out of boulders?

It's what we prepare for festive occaisions when we want to be left alone.

Works well too.

Got a recipe from an uncle that would gag a gargoyle.

BTW, I've had haggis in Edinburg (the lowlands). I'll take it over hardtack and salt horse anyday.

Well I'll be....

all these years I thought HTH meant " Hand to Hand" as in the fighting arts...

Yeah, I was thinking "hand-to-hand" as well...

And I also like haggis. I've eaten some, and some others I've just piped into the room. :)

Depends on context.

"Hope this Helps" is a nice parting comment, but if practicing Failure Drills, "Hit the Head" applies, while, if one is preparing for some P-dog shooting, "Haul the Hbar" applies.

Since it is a holiday, I hope you all are safe, and enjoy HTH...

Hoisting the Heineken, of course.

Weeyuuu! I think I've had too much Myers dark rum. I thought I was at THR but this thread smacks more of Callahan's saloon.

Merry Christmas.
