Anyone convert your flashlight to an LED flashlight?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I purchased an LED head for my Surefire E1 Executive.
It is very bright and the battery life is considerably improved.

I am converting my M2 to LED using the KL3 head. Just wanted to know if others had done this with their SF lights and what they thought about the results.

It is expensive.
I am not sure if it is worth it.
But, if you like gadgets and you are a flashlight geek like I am, it is worth it.

If you don't already have a KL3, then you may want to wait until Surefire starts selling the KL5 that is brighter than the KL3 and also designed for the M2.

I converted my E1E to the KL1 head, too.

As stated, not as bright, but lasts much longer and serves more purpose.

I can also put the KL1 on my E2E.
