Gov.Sanford of SC signs gun bill

On May 24th, Gov. Mark Sanford signed a bill repealing the one gun a month act. Does anyone living in South Carolina or out of State for that matter know if this bill went into effect immediatly or does their have to be an official announcement from the Gov's. office?:confused:

My gunshop just called and said it's official, S.L.E.D gave they're blessing . Us South Carolians can purchase more than one gun amonth!!!:D
