Mag extender/ other glock ?'s

Anyone used or have one of the mag grip extenders that allow a Glock 17/22 mag to be used in a Glock 19/22? Worth the money? Just for using on the range as I only use "stock mags" for ccw/ defense.

What companies do you recommend to get the following from?
Extended slide release (my fingers are to short)
Extended mag release ( same as above)
Should the recoil guide be replaced with a metal type ?
