One of the purposes of the 14th Amendment and Article IV of the Constitution is to make things consistent among the States within the United States.

I really don't see why if my state's Acts and Laws say I'm trained and licensed to carry a concealed handgun in most every place not prohibited by those laws or legally put off limits by signage complying with the law that I cannot carry in other states I may happen to be visit without any palpable behavior to suggest I'm taking up residence there.
