No pictures did it have a DLX suffix, that's the 'deluxe'.

Why don't you register at www.berettaforum.net and give the guys there a heads up?

The frame is quite the eyeful, but the pistol looks top-heavy to my eye.

How's that baby shoot? Does it come w/ adjustable sights? How long is the barrel? How are the ergos?

Oh, thanks for the pic! ;)

Grips didn't feel good to me and I have small hands. Trigger pull is heavy and creepy. Overall feel and pointability of pistol didn't impress me. Had the clerk put it back in the display. I'll stick with my Ruger MkII.

Actually, 2-tone & polymer. I'm looking to add more candidates on my list to round out the polygun collection

Cool gun. Wonder how its specs compare with a MKII.

I was going to pick one of those up last year. It took them forever and finally said, "sorry, we don't have it, but we'll keep your money til we get one."

I took my money and bought my Glock 17.

All of my research said it would feel nice regardless of hand size (mine versus my wife's small hands). My research also said that it did not shoot nearly as well as the Beretta Model 87 rimfire pistol (which is built on the 92 frame), but was a couple hundred dollars cheaper.

But, to get it NRA bullseye ready (if possible) would take another couple hundred dollars to accurize it.

I'll save my money and get a Beretta 87.
