Has anyone used one of the laser bore sighters? I've got rifles in several different calibers that I need to get sighted in & am thinking one of these gadgets would help me to get on the paper quicker.

I've used the one that fits in the chamber, the basic laser is .223, and uses sleeves to other sizes. I find they get you really close, just try to use them at the distence that you setting your scope or sites for.

Laser bore sighters are pretty darn expensive, aren't they?

the lasers are around $50.00, and sleeves cost around $20.00, buy a kit if you you are going to do more than one or two calibers

Cabela's lists several types in their catalog. I need to stop by the KC store & run an eyeball over them.
