My favorite is also an excellent buy It is a Hume H715M IWB with a clip (an alternative model is available with belt loops). Best place to get them is here: www.gunnersalley.com .

Another place is Blade-Tech, but I really don't like plastic holsters. Still I can find nothing wrong with the Blade-Tech IWB I have for my Steyr M9 (I just don't use it, I prefer the hume product - about $30 cheaper anyway).
