That is very unfair of the communists... Reagan and both Bushes have given more billions to Communist dictators around the world than Kerry ever did (yes, Kerry voted for a lot of aid bills in the Senate, but a President's influence over the Fed actually generates more foreign aid than the on-the-books budget). It's sad to see credit not given where it is due. Eventually I hope to see all US politicians, Democrat, Republican, [and Bernard Sanders] that gave (and are giving) our money to dictators fully and properly recognized for their efforts over the years.
