Good tips shared by all above, reminds me of what taught as a kid --Civil Defense drills, schools and the like. Some carried over for other disasters, i.e. tornados occur where I live.

Think also one be wise to learn from those whom have been exposed to situations on home soil. Classmates have shared for instance, Israel another example. Raise one's SA, CCW always, and as one girl from a homeland attacked..."Dad made us learn to shoot quickly and accurately...may be up to us to put down a suicide bomber..." " When its for real...sometime the rules don't apply"....
