I am helping a friend of mine who is a Sporting goods distributor.
If anyone has any questions or inquiries of a REVOLVER manufacturer I will try to ask them and post the answers here.

I am sooooooooo envious. Say, if you drop by the Dan Wesson display, could you ask them if they are going to produce a Patriot 1911 in 9mm (or perhaps a Patriot pistol pack?). Thanks. Hope you have a great time.

I want to know if anyone is going to produce a 6 shot 9mm revolver. IDPA you know. 4 inch max barrel lenght, no ports! Please please please say "yes, and it's available next week!".

I had a good time at the Shot Show today.
Saw and held the S&W 500. Huge gun. I have a spec sheet on it.
Every gun seemed light to me and I finally realized that was because I was lugging around 2 bags full of stuff. The plastic handles were cutting into my hands all afternoon.

The Dan Wesson guy said that The Patriot 1911 may be made in 9mm and 10 MM but it may take a year or more, he says they are very busy.

I saw the Berretta Stampede. I didn't see any literature on it but I haven't yet looked at the Berretta catalog I got.
The sales guy there who was dressed as an Old West Sheriff said they are competively priced.

I made some comments in the pistols section here about some stuff I saw.

All in all it was a lot of fun. Next time I'm bringing a backpack.

I am at the SHOW. I handled the S & W .500. Loved the trigger on it. I am surprised the pull was not a bit heavier on such a large caliber.
