Is it .303 Brit ammo? I have a boxed and it is marked "7,7x56R Ball R1"

is it corrosive? What do you think about this ammo? Any good? I have an Enfield so I will shoot it soon.

Just clean it like it's corrosive. Then you don't have to wonder about it (or wonder which of our answers were right).
