Since the P99 was getting a bit expensive to shoot and it seemed a little inappropriate for squirrel hunting trips, my father gave me a Buckmark Camper for my 20th birthday today. I had my eye on a Field 5.5 model at a recent gun show, but the cost was a bit higher than I wanted to spend on a .22 plinker. He got the Camper for a good price, but it is without a scope mount of any kind.

Are there any decent aftermarket mounts available for these guns? What about other accessories (grips and such)?

Weigand makes a scope mount, and that is what I use. It is very nice.

Grips, not much available new and used prices are not nice. You might as well buy new and buy highline grips. Look to ebay and the like for a good set of target grips only after you decided $100 is OK for a simple set of used grips.

I too have the Weigand scope mount on my Buckmark. I haven't had any problems with it and highly recommend it to others.
