Stainless steel Magnum series!! I want a 32 H&R Magnum, a 357 Magnum, a 41 Magnum, a 44 Magnum and a 45 Magnum. I want them in stainless steel, +P rated, available single action only, 16", 12", 8" and 4" barrels and round butted. TT, TH and transfer bar safety. Who else thinks these would be excellent revolvers? Old World Leather already makes holsters for them.

Manurhin is a French company. I once owned a Manurhin - Walther PP that was a fine pistol. I wasn't aware they still manufactured & imported firearms to the U.S.
However, the French President didn't bother to show up at President Regan's State Funeral tonight. Even though he was in Georgia for the G-8 conference. The French were getting "Oil for Food" kick backs from Sadam. Selling them arms the thugs are shooting our troops with right now in Irac. They "back stabbed" us in the U.N. Their government has bashed and undermined the U.S. for years - despite the loss of U.S. blood on the beaches of Normandy 60 year ago this week end (one of my realitives included) to free them.
I don't buy French wine, I don't buy French bread at the local supermarket - and I sure as heck will not by a fire arm or anything else manufactured in a country governed by political prostitutes.
Josey - not to dispute your evaluation of an otherwise acceptable product. But right now, the thought of enriching the French in any way just puts a major cramp in my jaw and a severe pucker in my hind regions.
Forgive me if my facts are off on this - but when it comes to the French & German governments right now - or anyone else that's not backing us in stamping out the current "waco-iszm's" on the planet - to Perdition with them!!!!

Manurhin WAS a French company. FN bought them. A major conglomerate owns Italian manufacturers, Belgian manufacturers and licenses to manufacture some firearms AND a few brands such as Manurhin. Browning/FN would produce the basics and the Portugese would assemble, Stoeger would distribute maybe. No support of French interests involved. The Italians, Belgians, Portugese and Utah citizens would be the better.

Manurhin NOW is a part of Chapuis Armes, which is definiately a French company.
Under the Manurhin name they manufacture excellent revolvers and an non-lethal gun.

The Manurhin MR88 looks interesting. Sort of a Ruger with a S&W barrel.

And they're available with a 9mm cylinder for those who think that's a good idea.

Looks like someone wanted a 1911 tang on a revolver.

Looks like someone wanted a 1911 tang on a revolver.
Funny-looking to most revolver shooters' eyes, to be sure, but the design helps reduce perceived recoil and makes a significant difference in accuracy.

OK. I concede ownership. I recently shot a MR-73. That was one fine revolver. I also shot a FUNKY target revolver. I don't have pics. It was oddlooking. Dead on accurate though.

I have also tested one. I think that the MR73 is the same class of the Colt Python, with much slimmer profile. Perfect trigger, and extreme accuracy. The price is about Python-price, too:-((
Believe or not, they promise to make the cylinder from so strong steel, it can withstand the 3xpressure of the .357 Magnum.

No. I want them to be imported again. I really liked the ones I shot.
