Not exactly your gun, but I have a Kahr MK9. Very accurate for its size, easy to carry and use and absolutely 100% reliable. I believe Kahr makes a good product.

Kahr has managed to make a very small gun with tremendous ergonomics. Quality is very high as well.
There's other choices if you'd like to go smaller, but the P9 is about as small and light as you can get while maintaining outstanding "shootability".

I love mine, which is a P9 Covert (shorter grip). It shoots well, is very reliable, and carries well. It is 1/2" longer in the barrel than the new PM9 and is an alternative to a PM9, if interested. I'm impressed with Kahr quality.

They're great guns. Mine has been very reliable. A little light for range use, but carries like a dream. It might be a little big for pocket carry, the PM9 would be better for that. Put it in an IWB, or OWB, and it just disappears. Even under just a t-shirt. (YMMV.) Accuracy is very good, as well as the machining of metal parts. It's built for the long haul. I find the ergonimics to be similar to the BHP or CZ75 but smaller of course. The standard size guns fit both mine and my wife's hands. Big plus, in my opinion. If you want one for CCW it's a great choice. If you are looking for a range gun, look into the K9. The extra weight makes recoil a little easier to control.
Have fun, be safe.
Peace out,

I looked at the P-9, don't like the plastic. I was in the process of replacing a plastic ccw(Taurus PT-111). I decided on the Kahr E-9. It's heavier by a bunch but steel will out last plastic and aluminium.
Also, the recoil, what recoil?

I really enjoy shooting my K9. I like how thin it is, the mild recoil and the accuracy. It feels real good in my hand. My buddy is ready to trade in his Glock after shooting the K9. :)

I own a MK9 and a PM9. Both outstanding, utterly reliable pistols. The MK9 can take a steady diet of hot rounds at the expense of pulling down my pants pocket. My PM9 gets fed only standard pressure loads. A co-worker carries the P9 Covert. It too is 100% reliable.
