Ooooh, just when I was about to go get a VEPR, they have to release those.
And I had finally ended 3 months of indecision. :banghead:

I saw one at the Valley Forge gun show today. It looked pretty nice, except for the ventilated metal handguard (they should use wood). The dealer wanted about $550 - 560 for it, IIRC.

Is that just me or do I detect prices for carbine mags going up?
Lets see: More carbine rifles on the market, no more (USGI) mags being made....

I saw them at Nat'l Gun Day this weekend for $539, they looked pretty good, except for the metal handguard, as Dave said. I'm waiting for some reviews from actual shooters, but they looked good.
