Could you post that pic of the stainless Hi-Power? I wonder why we DON'T have a stainless Hi-Power from a manufacturer? True, the 1911 has many quality clones. Why are there not Hi-Power clone manufacturers on every street corner? :banghead:

Hey Josey --
You bet. Here's the pic:

She is a beaut, it's she?
I wish FN would get around to doing a MkIII in stainless, but their focus lately has almost exclusively been the military market.
I must just take a major shine to red-headed stepchildren... I like HPs more than 1911s, I like Indiana Jones more than Star Wars... yet both are neglected badly.
The HP has had a lot of clone manufacturers, but it seems that we don't see many now. There has been FN (Browning), Inglis, FM, FEG, Charles Daly (another FEG), Kareen, Mauser (another FEG), Arcus, Norinco, and others that I can't remember right now... yet it seems that we only have access to FN, Browning, FM, and Charles Daly. FEG and Arcus clones are harder to come by, and the rest are unavailable in the US.
