Sorry guys, rebooted my router, then my firewall trying to find a problem with connectivity.

Looks like Level3 might be having some connectivity issues, which may be affecting my ISP.

Am working on finding out now.

"..systemwide outage including intermittent outages, latency, and a large routing issue..."

:scrutiny:

Well, looks like we have a problem somewhere out there in internet connectivity land. If you're seeing this, it's likely because your ISP is on the same side as me from whatever the problem.

Unfortunately, google seems to be on the other side most of the time. :fire:

Oh well. I'll post updated stats when I get 'em.

If you can read this and you can get to internetpulse.com (http://www.internetpulse.net/), could I get you to save their status image to your disk, then upload it as an attachment? I'm curious, but can't get more info. Hell, I can't even get to Google news right now to look for news on an outage...

Looks like it's not level 3 after all. tracerouting google times out when it gets to cw's network... tracerouting e-bay shows the problem within Level 3...

We'll keep watching, I guess.

I seem to recall Rich Lucibella mentioning that he was getting such poor service from Cable & Wireless that he cancelled his account with them. It was consistently bad when others were running normally.

I can believe it. It's a pain in the butt when it affects me too though. :uhoh:
