NKY camp & shoot... it's about that time...

date looks like the weekend of july 16-18

i'll be on vacation that week and the following, so i'll be working everyday before to get the place together, if anyone feels like helping me out drop me a PM.... lots of very fun, very hot work to do!!!

things to bring beside the obvious...

anyone have a protable dumper?? i've looked at everything from a seat on a bucket, to high dollar portable toilets... but for one outing, a borrowed one would be nice...

cover, mainly for the firing line, no trees anywhere near there... protection from the sun or rain would be nice...

4-wheeler, if rain is in the forecast, there will be no driving down to the campsite... not going through that again... i have one and another possible, to haul gear and people in and out, and to the line...

and a grill would be cool, cause trying to cook breakfast over last nights campfire usually taste a little ashy.... :rolleyes:

i talked to some of you's guys in tn last weekend about coming up...
so i'll be expecting you...:p

Sounds great to me. We'll have just gotten back from 2 weeks of camping (probably on the 15th) so I don't know if the ladies will want to head back out into the woods right away. However the boys & I will be up for it. If nothing else we could come down on Sat. morning & join the festivities then.

Unfortunately with us just getting back into town I doubt if I'll be much help in getting things set up beforehand.

Sounds like a wonderful idea. I might be able to attend future meetings, but I'll probably be working during the days it's being held. College student has to eat ya know? :)

BTW, I'm down in the London area, so it's probably a 2-3hr drive.

I've been holding off answering about this because I was about 90% sure I wasn't going to be able to make it, but wanted to anyway. And today I confirmed that I have to work on the 17th. Oh well.
