tighten (not too tight, must have some play) the allen head screws on the foreend. this will reduce a good bit of the rattle. as noted, the action bars must not be too tight or you'll have reliability problems.

a stragegically placed strip of fuzzy velco might do the trick
but it might decide to migrate at an inopportune time
